In order to improve the reliability and security of our request management platform, we are currently migrating our JIRA Server instance to JIRA Cloud.
This transition allows us to benefit from:
continuous updates and the latest features offered by Atlassian,
direct support from the publisher, ensuring greater long-term viability of the solution,
an infrastructure that complies with international security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001.

Impact on users
The two changes:
Creation of new user accounts: Users will receive an email invitation to create their Atlassian account. The access URL will now be hosted on the JIRA Cloud platform.
This migration does not affect how JIRA is used.
The interface, projects, and tickets remain the same.
Service continuity
All existing data (projects, tickets, history) will be preserved and migrated to the new platform. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition for all users.
